I am planning a trip from Innsbruck in Austria to Paris in France, then back to Innsbruck..I am not yet an EU citizen and my Visa doesnt allow my to enter Switzerland, So it's gonna be via germany most probably :
-Is there a reduction for young person/student? How much?
-Is the a reduction for groups? how much? and how big should a grp be?
-How about Night trains? any price estimations?
-Does it make it cheaper if i go by bus to Munich, then directly to Paris by train?

If you plan to ride the rails a lot, you need to get a rail pass. It's much cheaper than buying tickets everywhere. There are discounts for students and groups. Plenty of night trains and you don't want to be riding the bus.

Try the German railway company's website, at least for your information: http://www.bahn.de/p/view/international/englisch/international_guests.shtml
