Dresden. Get from the airport to the main train station and take a train right to Prague. I've not flown into Dresden, but I've taken that train. It leaves the station around 15:00 and takes less than two hours to get to Prague.

i'm not sure if this is right because prague is in czech republic and it seems like it would take more than one hour (even by train) to get there from germany. I think you would be better off flying straight to prague... they have a big international airport called ruzyne. Then it's about 30 minutes to get to the centre. There is no train at the airport but they do have bus & metro stations, also a taxi... which will cost about 650 czech crowns or 25 euros. Good Luck & have a great trip.

PS: watch out for pick pocketers they are very slick :)

I would have thought the easiest and cheapest way to get to Prague, would be to fly there direct. I know there are frequent and reasonably priced flights from several U.K Airports.
I realise camshy0078 may mean well ,but Weeze is on the German / Dutch border about 35 miles north west of Dusseldorf, and therefore about 520 miles from Prague
