made a fool of my self a week ago turkish friend sent me photo of his new daughter i saw gorunt beside picture and thought that was her name!! i know dont say a word!! i laughed for days when someone told me what it meant! but im back he emailed me, her name is Umay how do you pronounce it in english is it oo as in moon??

I've been there once before last December i imagined it to be so much more glamorous, with everyone dressed like Carrie Bradshaw but it was actually quite scruffy! So where are the glam areas in Manhattan to go out? because all I found were endless jazz and Irish bars.

i have two solutions
1. take coach from singapore (RM 59 +RM 100 come n go) to KL - 5hrs journey
2. take coach from jb (RM25+ RM50 come n go ) to KL - 4 hrs journey
3. go to JB senai airport take Air Asia (RM 150 air tix including taxes come n go) - 40 mins journey

help which is a better choice?

I speak only a little French and I don't want to make any irreversible mistakes at a French salon. I know this is a bit pathetic, however I also have a daughter and two sons who need a trim too and it could get confusing. Visiting the hairdressers is one of the few things I have not summed up the courage to do since we arrived LAST APRIL!! Need help, anyone! Mercixx
