whoever wins the bid i will phone up the hotel and change the name into theirs and give them the confirmation number thanks.the hotel have told me they will do this.

Just be careful that you do not sell this to someone and give them some big headaches. If you call the hotel and speak to the sales manager or marketing manager, they will likely be quite helpful to you.
