We have never been on a cruise before and we really don't know what to pack. I am going to cornwall in march with my girlfriend, looking to stay in a cottage.....BUT WHERE??
What town/city in cornwall would you reccomend? ideally we would like the cottage to be somewhere quiet and scenic but close enough to a big town, good bars, restaurants. Some good cornish charm. (already been advised to avoid newquay).

i will be going to thailand in a month or 2 and wondered if anyone had any advice about exchanging money. is it better to do it here in england or in thailand or even to transfer english money to a thai bank account and then draw the money out over there. it seems there are a lot of charges around for this sort of thing with some terible exchange rates. can anyone give me some advice on this?
