they cant do the 'v' so its 'ibetto'
or if you wanna be fancy 'ebuetto'

they normally go by last name, it might be easier to pronounce for them? whats your family name?

You could also go with イフェット IFETTO eefetto
It depends it you want an F or a B because there just isn't a V in Japanese.

I think I'd go for the イヴェット myself, because at least then the few people who can make a V sound will know that's what its supposed to be.

You could even skip the phonetic translation and go for a semantic translation... it might sound a bit pretentious though...
