Is there a left luggage facility at Los Angeles airport? Will they accept left baggage for upto 5 days?

I am flying to Sydney from New York via LA. I am considering doing a side trip down to Mexico, but have a bit of luggage. Can this be left at LAX for 5 days? I am flying Qantas which flies out of the American Airlines terminal.

I believe that there are no luggage storage facilites at LAX; apparently they were closed down after 9/11.

I googled 'Luggage storage LAX' and got the website below...have a great time in Mexico- and don't drink the water (or the ice, and brush your teeth with bottled water, too)!
