Which suburb or city of Perth is the best place to invest? Now or in a few years time?

I am thinking of investing in Mandurah where a railway network is going to be built and it is close to the see too. Any advice and comments please? It is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

i was living when i was a child in australia in melbourne in victoria for a year.i am from greece and over there are many greeks .i was very little that time and i dont remember so many things.i am thinging to go for work over there because the salaries are very good.but i dint know how is life over there.here we love a lot the greek live music call it (mpouzoukia).over there how is the night life.its easy for me to live there because i have australia citizenship.also how easy is to find a job?

I noticed that there are some words which are different between my dialect "the Egyptian dialect " and the Emirati dialect . Like for example here , you guys call stationery as "kortasya" . We call it " adawat maktabya" . The word "Kortasya" has absloutely no meaning in the Egyptian dialect except for "cones" .
I know also you call bread " sammon" . We call it " 3esh" .
What else ?

I'm planning for a holiday on which i'm gonna stay for 2 nights stay in Langkawi and 2 nights in Batu Feringghi, Penang..

LANGKAWI - prefer to have a laid back stay in not so budgeted resort or chalet in Pantai Cenang or Pantai Tengah...

1. anyone been to 'Sunset Beach Resort, Beach Garden Resort or The Lanai before? How's the room condition? is the ( pantai tengah & pantai cenang ) sea condition proper for swimming?

2. any good recommendation on cheap seafood or western restaurant in this area?

3. Is there any super luxury coach that travel from KL to Kuala Perlis ( Jetty point to Langkawi )? the name of the company? website if any? price range?

PENANG- i have no problem with this one but i just need to know some little details..

we'll (a couple) move to australia next year (2008). Is perth or its suburbs a good choice? which one? what kind of property to rent? what should I do for the first week stay (except hotel of course)?
On the other hand, we love sunshine and hate rainy weather. so which other city should be the best for us.
