Yes, you can comeback easily. You can also go back to Dubai as soon as your employment visa is ready. No need to wait for six months.

Good luck.

You can come here on a visit visa and look for a job. If you are succesfull, your employer will arrange for your residence visa.

Why should you have a problem with the emplyment visa? Check that your passport is in order and be aids free.

There is nothing like a 6 months visit visa. If you belong to one of the 33 countries obtaining visas on arrival your visit visa is valid for 60 days and can be renewed for another 30 days against payment of Dhs 500. After that you would have to on a "visa run", means leaving and re-entering Dubai again.

As soon as you get hired your employer is suppose to apply for your residence visa. It is against the law to work on visit visas.
Some companies do that and call it probation time, but that's against the law. The issue of a residence visa will take 2-3 weeks. In the mean time many companies give out "offering letters" to prove to the authorities that the residence visa is in process.

Please note that all costs of issueing a residence visa have to be on the company and are not deductable of your salary. If you apply for a job ask for their procedere of providing you with a residence visa. If you see any problems coming up you might avoid working for such a company.

If for any reason you should not pass the medical examination, you have to leave the country the day your visa expiered.

the visit visa is valid for two months at a stretch and can be extended for another month at a price. or u can exit and then return with another visit visa.
if ur employment visa is not made or rejected then u should leave the country before the expiry of visit visa or u will attract heavy fines.
whether its easy to get work visa depends on the company sponsering u .
