Hello good Ladies and Gents,
I am planning to move back to the states in one of the following cities. I have lived most all my life in FRIGID and DULL Michigan. My criteria is lindicated below the list of cities. I ask you to advise me on any of the following cities that Imay appeal to me. Feel free to mention any city that belongs on this list. Please only sugestions meeting ALL my criteria. Henderson or Reno Nevada

I want the following criteria:
-Good economy for new small business
-Lots of shops and activities
-Not less than 40 dg low avg in the winter
-Acceptable environment to raise kids
-Relitivly safe
-Clean and no boarded up houses

I am planning on going to Vegas March 8-11th and have no clue what to wear. I'm a single mom and don't get to get out much, so I wanna have as much fun as possible and wear skirts and dresses and look prettied up LOL (single moms will understand) If you can help, it's greatly appreciated. Oh, I also just plan on doing the normal tourist thing, sightseeing, walk around a lot, maybe one classy dinner... not quite sure.
