I am planning on going to Vegas March 8-11th and have no clue what to wear. I'm a single mom and don't get to get out much, so I wanna have as much fun as possible and wear skirts and dresses and look prettied up LOL (single moms will understand) If you can help, it's greatly appreciated. Oh, I also just plan on doing the normal tourist thing, sightseeing, walk around a lot, maybe one classy dinner... not quite sure.

I just came back from a Vegas trip. On Christmas day, no kidding it was something like 65-70 degrees, absolutely beautiful weather (to hell with all that "White Christmas" bs)! But then for the next three days it was incredibly WINDY outside, and very uncomfortable without warm clothes and a coat. At night it would get VERY cold.

I would suggest to bring warm clothes and a coat for sure. I usually bring a little bit of everything anyways just in case. If you are going to be doing alot of walking, make sure you have some sensible shoes, because unlike other popular places in Nevada (Reno, Carson City, Lake Tahoe, etc) Las Vegas is very big and the strip is really LONG (many people who've never been there don't know that). Of course you can ride on the monorail or the bus, but the best way to see the strip is from your own two feet, in my opinion. As far as dressing up, like someone said above me, it is Vegas so dress up as much as you want.

Your plan sounds good. If you're gonna do a classy dinner, and you should, dress to the nines, something jaw dropping. What the heck, it's Vegas!
Also, bring some warm clothes. I went out there around two years ago around the beginning of March and it was COLD. All I kept hearing was, "This never happens!"( And of course the day after I left it shot up to 80. Grrrr...) But it might, so be prepared... and have FUN!

Well I live here in vegas, so I guess I should know. It will probably be in the 70's then, so during the day dress comfy, because you will doing a lot of walking, cute sneakers, flip-flops, sandals, etc. At night bring your hottest clothes!!! But you might want to pack light because there is so much good shopping

You need to pack a couple of camisole tops and some miniskirts. A lot of people are casual in Vegas, so a denim miniskirt should suit just fine. Of course, you should have boots. You might want to take a jacket as it does cool down at night.

Since you want to have FUN, you should plan on going to a couple of nightclubs too!

Good luck!!!

think about the weather. It may still be cold in Las Vegas in March. Better bring warm clothes too.
