Tuxedo rentals for RCCL are very easy to do - it can be done directly through their website.

I've pasted their link for tux rentals below:

When you book a cruise with Royal Caribbean, you will have access to their website using your booking number. Once you log in to their website, you can prefill the necessary boarding information online, so that you don't have to fill out bunch of paperwork at the port. At this time you will be able to purchase shore excursions, and other things you may want. This is when you can register to rent a tuxedo.

You will also get a packet in the mail about 2 to 3 months before your cruise with information, forms and luggage tags. It will contain a booklet and in the booklet there will be information on renting a tuxedo.

Good luck and have fun, Royal Caribbean is my favorite cruise line.
