Depends where you are travelling from and when.

From where?? If you are coming from India - check Air Arabia (airarabia.com), you will have to connect through Sharjah and might have an obscenely long layover, but they are definitely the cheapest airline.

Also check Gulf Air, and Qatar Airways - they usually have pretty competitive fares.

From where to Bahrain and how old is the child? Some airlines, not many, may not charge for a child if it can sit in your lap the whole trip.
