Imagine flying from Chicago to Miami with an active hurricane occurring beneath the flight path but far from either the starting or end point. Since an airplane flies above the weather, will the FAA allow this flight?

We're scattered all over the US, so any place west or east would be okay. We prefer not to fly too far for our vacation, though, since we're only planning a 4-5 day weekend trip. We want to have a good mix of fun and relaxation, since 3 of us are celebrating the Big 3-0!

My boyfriend and I are thinking of moving to Arizona. We have a small child in elementrary school so of course we need a place with a great education system. He's a truck driver who drives a set of doubles and was told Arizona is the only state other than Michigan (our state) that allows doubles on the roads. I'm just wondering what some good areas are to start researching as far as employment and school systems. I don't want to live in a retirement city nor do I want a city like Phoenix. I'd really like a nice suburb.
