Most countries - England, Australia & New Zealand are pretty strict about work visas (depends where you are currently living).
Unless you are going for seasonal work only, the only jobs available are ones that they cannot find citizens to fill and have advertised to try to fill them. Also in the UK , if you do find a job, it takes about 12 weeks to get a visa .

AUstralia doesnt want you. its super hard to get a work visa unless you have a job setup and they have done advertising and cant find anyone who is qualified. (i did it this way) the only other way is if you can provide a service that someone is australia can't. go to the govt website and you can check it out.
