Since we've had the attempted terrorist attacks in England about a month ago will they perform the pat down searches on every passenger traveling through the air even if they don't set off the alarm more than once? If so would they use their hands to perform the pat down searches?

We would perfer somewhere where it doesn't snow to much or have too many natural disasters. but we're on a tight budget.... anyone want to help? Name a nice, inexpensive, and safe place in the states. PLEASE.

I've heard that women 'wear the pants' in India. Even in the US, Indian women that have immigrated here seem more dominant than the men. I also hear that Hinduism is more female-oriented than other religions (interestingly, it also advocates a caste system). Any info?

I will be staying at the HI Hostel 6 blocks from the White House, located at 1009 11th Street N.W. I plan on driving down Friday afternoon, and leaving Sunday afternoon. While I'm there, I won't need the car at all. What should I expect to pay to park for those 48 hours, and where are good spots near the hostel?

I've done some research on cities in Oregon and it seems even the smallest cities in Oregon have high crime. I go to www.bestplaces.net to get info. And if you check out Oregon alot of the cities from big to small have some high crime. What's with this?? Any locals out there please give me some insight on what's going on.

I'd like to go on a nice super cheap break in Ireland, check out some beautiful countryside and generally get away from the hustle and tussle of London. Possibly stay in a cottage, and it'd be a bonus if I can get there via non flying means such as a ferry. I'd love to know you're recommendations. Oh and it's for two people and we're traveling from London. Thanks!

Maybe a list of the main bus stations in london. I've only ever heard of a few. Been before and it always said Victoria and now this "central" has me confused.
Don't want to end up in the wrong area
