I went to the Dominican Republic when I was 7 and 10. It was hard because it's a third world country and I was use to the United States. We lived there for a year when I was 7 and went back for 2 weeks when I was 10. It was a long trip and we had to keep switching airplanes so that was annoying and I was very tired.

I've been all over, almost every state, (i like VA the best for all the beautiful mounts), many of the Caribbean islands (Dominican republic, scuba diving) , figi, New Zealand, Australia everywhere. My top country would have to be Sweden, Insane good music, beautiful, great people, lots to do, as much time to relax as you so choose in a beautiful country.

Grew up in Jersey and lived there most of my life until a few months ago.
Spent alot of summers in Wisconsin and Illinois growing up because of family.
Had houses in Hawaii and the Virgin Islands growing up and also visited the British Virgin Islands while there. That was the most fascinating to me because it was so primitive compared to the way we live. Those people had nothing compared to us, no cars, none of the luxuries that we have but I think they were some of the happiest people I've ever met.

SFO about 1-2 times a year or every two years. I didn't really like peourto rico that much when I was 6 and Las Vegas wat pretty nice way back when I was five (Then I only liked the trip on the DL 767), and LA was kind of nice way back when I was 10. I wish I could go to SFO again!

Experiences and Psyche? I've learned the world doesnt revolve around me or the US. I've learned that mankind is at it's core a caring and loving society. Travel is intensified living, and addicting, there should be no bad experiences from traveling, only moments of learning and understanding. You allow yourself to get lost, to explore and see how other people live their day-to-day life. I recommend shunning 5 star hotels, where likely the only people you meet are service oriented employees whose interest is your money. Focus on smaller guesthouses, B&B's and hostels. Stay away from Mcdonalds and Pizza Hut and sample the local cuisine, as it reflects its culture (lol though everyone needs comfort food sometimes).
The best stories and experiences of your life will be the ones gained through travel

Just go and discover for yourself. It is vital for people to go into other lands and societies and cultures to grasp that there are so many ways to live.
