Travel - 26 July 2006

We're traveling to Canouan Island and Barbados in the first few weeks of October and we're routing through Miami. If travel insurance covers poor weather delays / cancellations, we would like to know where to get it so if we have to re-plan, we can without a major financial loss.

I visualised London in a great way...being clean everywhere, posh streets and so on..but i often see rubbish simply thrown on roads and pavements and a lot of scratches on windows of tube trains and london buses.why is that? shock!!!

I'll be travelling to London and Paris soon and was wondering what i should keep an eye out for while im souveneer shoping. I want to get something for my boyfriend that is a) unique. A shirt or a cap seems fine, but I want something thats memorable and thoughtful. and b) something he'll like. My girlfriends will be happy to recieve a a minuature copy of the eifell tower to display in their room and hold on to all their jewelry, but I dont think my boyfriend will feel the same way. i am debating on going to vegas tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone from the Los angeles metro or down here has gone to vegas lately and if there is any construction still going on? (went a few months ago and there was so much traffic on the 15 that we were going like 1mph!) just wondering the time it took and the road delays they have?
