I did it several years ago, and think it was well worth it - I hope to be able to do it again sometime. Keep in mind that the price also includes a 7-day ticket to the park, a meal, and a couple of keepsakes. You also get one-on-one attention, and some hands-on stuff that you can't get any other way.

My boss at work did this about 2 months ago (I live in central Florida), & she was very un-happy with her time there. Why, you ask? She only got to spend about 5 minutes in the water by herself, then 5 more mins swimming with a dolphin, then the dolphin was "too tired to swim" anymore, so she pretty much wasted her time there. She said it was not worth her time & they would not even give a partical refund to er (or her husband). They were offered a t-shirt each for the time wasted. I guess you are on your own if you want to risk it.

I definitely think that it is worth the money. But, it just depends on how interested you are in doing this. If it is something you really would like to do, then it is worth it. It's not like it is something you have the chance to do everyday.
I've never regretted the cost, you get to do a lot, and it is a ton of fun!

If it is something you would like to do, go for it. Even if you end up disappointed, at least you can say for sure what you liked or disliked.
