Absolutely, my sister is in the navy and has had some stories about getting caught or out running a typhoon. The RECON Team which included four jets all crash with no survivors, they did succeed in saving the ship from certain disaster. God bless them and their families.

It can happen - and has in history - as well as that ship recently in Florida which listed - experts said if it had gone over, it would have rolled into the top down position.

yes it can happen check out in the news how some ships have recently listed and one was a cruise ship

yes. also recently a RORO [ roll on / roll off ] cargo vessel rolled 90 degrees on its side. all crew made it off safely. if a ship is not ballasted properly it will become very unstable.

Hi,,, oh yes they can,,,, most certainly.....we lost no telling how many ships in both word wars due to storms and typhoons....at sea...... and they continue doing that today......
