Our scheduled arrival at LAX, on an international flight, is 12.40pm. We want to go straight to Washington DC. I figure we won't be ready to board a flight until about 4pm (right?). Are there really no flights then (except perhaps those that require you to regard the plane as your 2nd home)? We don't mind arriving at 1am, but maybe noise controls prevent planes from landing then? If we stay in LA overnight, we will waste the next day getting to DC. Help!

Im off on holiday to my firends villa in spain but i cant remember the name of the place. Its half an hour from Alicante and about and hour from Benidorm and its called something like/containing "la matt..."

How can I get a green card to enter the US?

I have my MRP. Someone told me to get a green card too to enter the US. How can I get a green card? How do I go about it? I want to go the the US to marry my Fiancee'. I'm in London and want to live in the US. Do I get the green card after I enter and I only fill out the VWP-to enter without a visa for now. And I go to my Finacee' and then apply for green card. Suggestions for stopovers...?

We are driving to the south of france (nr Perpignan) in september, starting at Calais, we are planning 2 nights of stop overs on the way and three on the way back. We would like to aviud motorways wherever possible as they are prtetty boring. I would love to hear of any good places to stay on our stopovers! This is the second time we have done this and we would like some new reccommendations!

I want to take my teens to Europe, any ideas on family holidays, not bus tours?

I don't want the adult oriented bus tour, but rather an adventure holiday or a family holiday oriented to older kids/young teens. Maybe for 2 weeks..we do not have to go to many countries..just a few.
