I think Bud Selig has a lot of respect for every team playing the game and he shows why baseball is a good sport that's played in America. I honestly think he should be the head coach to a baseball team, maybe for the Red Sox.

For the Red Sox, I'd have to say...Jason Varitek, Josh Beckett, David Ortiz & Jonathan Papelbon.

For your favorite team, which players could never be replaced? And why, if you feel like it.

Happy New Year, everyone!

Why not just walk A-Rod, Ortiz, etc. every game every time they up? Rule allow people to do that so why not? Yes, it's a coward move but so what as long as you win no? People don't complain about mohamed ali clinging people everytime so why would they have a problem with walking every good hitter in baseball?

and has 239 wins. I would think he would want to get to 250 wins. Do you think he might make the Hall of Fame? There is no way this guy would ever be mistaken for a roider. Maybe the new benchmark standard for pitchers for the Hall should be 250 wins?

Which MLB baseball team currently has the most former Chicago Cubs players? I know that Mark Prior has now signed a one year deal with San Deigo Padres, and former Chicago Cubs Greg Maddux, and Michael Barret. And even through he isn't a player, former Chicago Cubs radio broadcaster Andy Masur is now in the San Deigo Padres booth. But which tea has currently the most former Chicago Cubs players on thier team?

This is how i lay it out. The cubs are coming in with one of the leagues best line ups. if we get our hitting going we have a very good chance...the only thing holding us back is our bullpin.

He admitted his fault
and he is really sorry.
I mean look whom we have in there,
Ty Cobb, rasist,
Babe Ruth, an alchoholic
and maybe some drug addicts.

I'm a Yankees fan and I consider myself very lucky. My team is always in contention for a title. But the Cubs havent won and never seem to win. What is that like? I'm also a Jets fan and I sometimes feel like I root for the Cubs. Is it anything like that?

2000, when he left the Mariners and signed a record 10 year - 252 million dollar contract with Tom Hicks and the Texas Rangers. I live in Seattle, and lived here then. A-Rod kept saying to the Seattle Times press during the 2000 season, that he wanted to talk extension after the season and that it WASN'T GOING TO BE ABOUT MONEY. Yeah right, he turned into pay-rod, because Boras and his agency created all of these charts, and multi-color graphs, that Corporations use for Corporate mergers, etc. He showed what A-Rod's future stats will be, etc. and that he will eventually be a Hall of Famer, and he basically created this unreal market price for A-Rod and put it on a line, well, Tom Hicks took a bite from it, and thus set into motion Pay-Rod, a guy who went from making 5 million a year in Seattle to the 20-30 million dollar a year range, just based on the HYPE that Boras created. Now, when the question is posed, is A-Rod worth the kinda money he is getting paid with the Yankees,
