Russell Martin is probably my favorite baseball player after last year. Does anyone else think so?

I really like him. He's definitely my favorite catcher in the MLB.
The Dodgers are my favorite team behind my home-team Jays... due to the talented young players like Russell Martin, James Loney, Chad Billingsley, Jon Broxton, Matt Kemp, and Andre Ethier.

He's not my favorite, but what a stud to admire, huh? A solid defensive catcher who leads his pitching staff and hits for power, average, and speed. I still think Yadier Molina is the best defensive catcher in baseball (and the numbers support that), but I think Martin is going to be even more exciting offensively than Javy Lopez ever was and than Joe Mauer ever will be. That's just my opinion though.

Yes. A catcher who hits for a good average with some power and who also will steal more bases than any other catcher is one I'd like to draft for my 2008 fantasy team.

nobodys answering mine so i'll answer yours..i dont know much about him to say anything about him. he's on the west coast and i never got dodgers games here unless its on sunday night baseball on espn.

hes one of my favorites but im a huge dodgers fan. hes had a great season last year and i think he'll have a monster season next year.

He's a great catcher and hitter, but I'm not a Dodgers fan, so I don't like him.

he pooped on the giants last year and he's a dodger.... i bleed orange and black therefore i hate his guts, but he is a pretty good player.
