Im pretty sure you need college experience to enter the draft. Although there might be some open tryouts for some minor league teams near you.

Any player who is (1) at least 18 years old or (2) a high school graduate is eligible for the draft. (As a result of an agreement with the NCAA, they do not draft freshmen or sophomores at 4-year colleges, though.) There is no requirement that one play in a college program - there have been several players who weren't drafted out of high school but were after playing in summer leagues - Mike Johnston (who played for the Pirates in '04) comes to mind, though there have been others.

OK you don't need college experience u can be drafted out of college....but u don't enter the draft u have to be drafted scouts do that on there own....its not like football u don't enter u are just drafted and then notified.....however there are open tryouts for every major league team read your local paper to see if one is coming near you

You don't actually sign up to be part of the draft. You have to be seen by the scouts at some level.
