I gave up: Justin Fargas, Jeremy Shockey, and Derek Anderson
I got: Willis McGahee

I'm in first place in my leage at 9-2, and have clinched a playoff spot. At QB I still have Peyton Manning & Ben Roethlisberger, at TE I still have Jason Witten. I had been starting Edgerrin James & Fargas in my two RB spots, will now be Edge & Mcgahee. The person I traded with is 2-9 and in last place. I know it's a lot to give up, but figured I had to give him at least one potential keeper (keep 3 league) in order for the rest of the league to allow the trade. This also opens up a roster spot for me to bring back Javon Walker from the IR spot, along with some random free agent to fill out.

i know it would be mine and with the teaming with hhh it might just happen quite frankly it'd like cena as champ for five years rather than jeff hardy champ for five months

Now that the Yankees added 3 pitchers and a catcher to their 40-man roster, their total is up to 39. They still haven't formally added A-Rod, Posada, Rivera, or Molina. Also, they are looking to sign Andy Petitte, Luis Vizciano, and Ron Mahay. The only player I can see them releasing is Carl Pavano. This would bring their total up to 45. I don't think players can go on the 60 day DL in the off season. How will they manange to have only 40 players after they sign these guys?

As a life long Laker fan, why is this joke still wearing not only a Laker, but an NBA jersey? he has 1 move thats like a retard version of the dream shake, that every defender knows. the only time he goes hard to the rim is when he's not covered. i think its because he has small hands. for a number1 pick he really sucks and makes me angry everytime he plays and bynum or mihm doesnt. hell, jordan even hated his asss. BOYCOT BROWN!

any idea what i'm doing wrong? i'd looked at a few vids on youtube and i've found a few problems with my technique

(i'd fallen into the wide hook problem, so i'm gonna practice the short sharp hooks for a few days non-stop)

another problem i noticed was when i hook my knuckles are horazontal - not vertical | Dunno if this could be one of the reasons i'm spraining my wrist or not.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

start calling the Patriots classless for not allowing the other team to score on them?

Apparently their offense is supposed to stop trying to get points in the 3rd quarter or its considered running up the score. So when is their defense expected to stop trying to stop the other team?

I probably wouldn't use the machine too overly much (just as a weekend outing) I don't want the new machines that require $1000 service every year before you take them out!
Something a little older, that's DURABLE. Doesn't need to be really big or fast. I've heard that the Indy's are pretty low maintenance...and they are nice and light. What would you recommend?
