I eat right and excersize but I still don't seem to be in shape. Basketball starts next week and I want to play but I can't seem to get in shape. PLEASE HELP ME!

If you are eating right and exercising that's good, and you are doing the right thing. You don't necessarily need to get "in shape" for basketball, because that is exactly what basketball will do for you. With all the running, and throwing, why get in shape now? You can do it, when your out there passing the ball, having fun! GOOD LUCK!

I wouldn't focus so much on "getting in shape" but maintaining your health. Just keep at with what you're doing and your intensity and endurance will return as time goes on.
