This article in NASCAR.com truly describes the true sportsmanship of two of NASCAR's greatest drivers, Jeff Grodon and Jimmie Johnson
Many fans called Jeff Gordon a whiner but can he still hold that title after this:

"Those guys have flat-out killed everybody," Gordon said of Johnson's No. 48 team. "You've got to give credit where credit is due, and those guys deserve a lot of credit. We didn't step up and win the races when we needed to. We gave them a run for a while, but now we have to figure out how to get the best finish we can at Homestead and go into the off-season on a positive note." (Source: NASCAR.com)

Even after Jeff claimed so strongly that it was over, Jimmie and Chad would not admit that this championship was theirs.
Jeff deserved this championship but Jimmie took it away.

Sorry if my question is confusing, but I was just wondering for relays does it matter where you place your fastest runner and the others? Some people say it's better to have the fastest last to catch up, some say to have them first for a head start, and some say 3rd for a lead. But in the end would the results actually change because the order you choose?

Ok i am not a rockies fan, im a red sox fan, but i just thought tulowitski should have won, yes braun had better #'s and he didn't even start playing till may 25th but his defense was the worst in the league

and for those of you who say defense doesn't matter, well ill raise another question and ask why david ortiz didn't win the mvp in 2006 when he hit 54 hrs and 147 rbi's and he didn't get mvp because he was a dh?

so defense doesn't matter for rookie of the year but for mvp? baseballs gotta do something

I loved Kenny Stabler and Rich Gannon, but, my all time favorite is Jim Plunkett. Nothing he ever did was pretty, except for winning two Super Bowls.

He deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.

We will say he is 26 years old (as in 1921) and just had seasons of .376 ave, 54 hr and 137 rbi 158 runs .849 slg --- .378 ave, 59 hr and 171 rbi 177 runs, .846 slg.....These were his 1920 and 1921 seasons........Also take in consideration he is the biggest draw in sports and He can also pitch if needed....Would he get something like a 12 year deal worth 400+ million ??? That is supposedly A-Rods asking price.
