I loved Kenny Stabler and Rich Gannon, but, my all time favorite is Jim Plunkett. Nothing he ever did was pretty, except for winning two Super Bowls.

He deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.

Oh, I liked Hostettler, too. I liked Tui as well--but Gannon was one of the most accurate, reliable passers in the game when he played.

I asked this question because, anytime a fellow broadcaster has told Jim Plunkett (now doing TV broadcasts for the Raiders) that he deserves to be in the Hall of Fame, he says "I appreciate you saying that, but it's never going to happen." He might be right---but it's not right that he's not in it. He's the only Raider QB (still one of the winningest franchises in the league--3 Super Bowl wins) to ever win more than 1 Super Bowl.

Plunkett. He's a great story, too...former Heisman winner, bounced around the league for a while before finding a home with the Raiders, and, as you said, winning 2 Super Bowls (including one Super Bowl MVP).

they are positive the place they are actual. Or, as positive because of fact the raiders can get. i think of commencing Garcia for the 1st 5-6 weeks and forcing Russell to be taught from him and watch huge quantities of tape will do the trick. Garcia can shrink turnovers and pickup 3-4 wins in that ingredient. as quickly as you hand it over to Russell, he will lose some video games and be rusty and then probable advance gentle and handle 7-8 wins. And if the Chargers stink it up this year, that's sufficient for the playoffs! No, ok i replaced into incorrect. they gained't make the playoffs, yet nevertheless, i think of my theory is notably good.
