With Peterson injured, the Vikings but the Raiders are very close, the Dolphins are pretty bad as well

Before this past weekend, the Rams had only 99 points through 8 games. That's an average of about 13 points a game (or a touchdown and 2 field goals).
Even with Holt, Bruce, and Bulger anchoring this offense, they have talent, but have been unable to put up any points effectively.
However, the Redskins had their first touchdown reception by a WR this weekend. That just screams of inefficiency.
I'd say Atlanta, though, probably has the least talent, especially with the absence of Michael Vick in the lineup. Their offense was centered around Vick and with him missing, they have no anchor from which to attack from.

Ravens or the Fish. Neither team can score.
Jets are right there too, but they do have a fair amount of talent on offense.

Baltimore. Brian Billick's lovely play-calling breaks a tie with Miami for the worst offense in the league (seriously, did Billick forget they signed Willis McGahee or what?)

Well since the Raiders beat the Dolphins 35-17, it can't be the Raiders. Must be the winless Dolphins.

If we're talking before injuries I'd have to say the Ravens but since Ronnie Brown has been injured the Dolphins probably take the cake!

It's a close one between the Dolphins, the Jets, and the Raiders.
