I have a plastic rock tumbler and I want to use it as a ball mill. I am going to use lead balls as the medium but I need to know if the plastic tumbler is going to create a static charge enough to set of the powder. Any suggestions would be helpfull here.

If Kimi win Brazil, and Hami finishes 6th or better, Hamilton will be crowned the F1 World Driver's Champion, although Kimi will have TWICE as many WINS as Hami & Alonso.

Sure, reliability is necessary, but isn't the reason to race simply to WIN the race?

F1 changed their scoring system a few years ago to try and level the field to the greatest ever: Schuey...but now that Schuey is gone, shouldn't the point system be changed back to the way it was?

How can Hami accept the WDC with only HALF the wins of another pilot??? I personally couldn't do it...guilt free. Any thoughts?

Despite losing their first two games of the season, and then doing good going 2-1-1 on the road, the Calgary Flames have tied an NHL record.

The record is for most consequetive games with a player scoring 2 goals.

Game 1 - Daymond Langkow
Game 2 - Daymond Langkow
Game 3 - Kristian Huselius
Game 4 - Matthew Lombardi
Game 5 - Kristian Huselius
Game 6 - Jarome Iginla

They are currently tied with Ottawa, who did it twice, which occured in 1917-18 and again in 1920-21.

Now, my question is this, do you think that a Flame player will continue and score 2 goals in the Flames next game being a home game against the L.A. Kings?

If so, which player?

retired in 1996. He should've stayed around for a few more years when the Red Sox started to get really good again. You agree?

I've been a Dolphins fan since a youngster watching the glory days (Shula, perfect season, all those good teams with Danny at the helm), I guess this is payback for the 72 team...we need some talent at QB and DB...and DL, etc, etc.

To me the difference maker in this series is that the indians are scoring first and getting production out of everyone in the lineup. The red sox lineup after lowell is horrible and it seems that every time papi, manny, or lowell gets on base, the rest of the lineup hits into double plays. I think terry francona needs to shake up the lineup a bit and start putting in different players like kielty and ellisbury. Red sox should win game 5 but the way there offensive is...if sabathia can shut them down...one mistake from beckett could end the series.

This game 5 will be the deciding game on who wins the rest of the series...i think if the red sox can win game 5, they should go back to boston with more momentum and win 6 and 7...what do you think?

This is just something that caught my notice - a recent thread mentions Indians fans being there through "thick and thin."

Granted, the attendance at the new park has been great, but what about when the team wasn't very good? From 1979-1992, the club never drew more than 1.4m fans, and only Seattle had worse numbers for the 1980s as a whole.

How is that sticking with your team through thick and thin? Couldn't they have used those fans when they were truly struggling?

Sack up and lay it on the line in week 1. I'm tired of these weekly hypotheticals coming from USC and PAC-10 fans. The argument has regressed from USC being the best team ever to how USC could beat LSU in a spelling bee. Better yet, schedule SEC teams for all your non-conference games and LSU will gladly reciprocate. Have Pete contact Les Miles and let's get this done.

When the national anthem is played, the footballers just stand there, do some on the spot jogging to keep warm and don't bother singing, (As seen the last 2 games.)

Whereas our rugby players, put arms around each others shoulders, and stare ahead in total focus, big as they are, you will see occasional tears in eyes, and they sing from their hearts and souls, They may not win, but they play with guts for their country.
England Footballers, play for their own glory, with no pride
England Rugby players play for their country, with total pride.

That's why England football will never win anything again. Unlike 1966, when they still played for their country, before the big bucks took over. What do you think?
