I don't think they'll go undefeated. Once they've clinched the top seed, they'll rest their starters. If they don't lose one before then, look for a loss around Week 16 (Miami) or especially Week 17, a Saturday game at the Giants (just six days after the Miami game). The undefeated season is really only important to the media and the '72 Dolphins. Their only concern is going undefeated in the post-season.

They could suck the rest of the year and still clinch their division. Everybody in that division, other than the Pats, is a joke. The Patriots have an excellent chance at going undefeated though because they play in such a weak division. They do have a tough road ahead outsie their division with tough games against Indy, Pittsburgh, Washington, Baltimore, and the NY Giants. I expect the Pats to lose at least one but no more than 2 games this year.

In my opinion, the New England Patriots will go undefeated 9-0. They will win the upcoming weeks and by a close feat, defeat the Indianapolis Colts in Week 9 in a battle of the undefeateds. Week 10 the Patriots will go into their Bye week, but will come out and lose Week 11, because they are on a roll, a hot streak, if they don't play one week, it'll be over.

I definitely think they CAN go undefeated, but I don't think they WILL. Winning 16 games is a daunting task that no one has done. It is a long season, injuries could happen or they can be upset (ala Indy in '05 losing to San Diego). As far as talent is concerned, New England is in a league of their own. This is the best team since the Cowboys of the 1990's. Brady will win at least 2 more Super Bowls.

Pats will possibly go undefeated. They might not kill the Dolphins and Colts, but they will surely win by at least 10 points. Unless they are not playing starters last game or 2, 16-0. I hate the Pats, but those guys are GOOD!

3 to 4 games...The only division team that would remotely have a chance is the Jets...but thats only if they get hot and go undefeated the rest of the way...including beating the Pats, which isn't gonna happen...
