Kimi Raikkonen - In Switzerland since his Sauber days, there factory is there.
Lewis Hamilton - Just outside of Woking by Mclarens factory
Heikki Kovelainen - Oxford, by Renaults factory
Giancarlo Fisichella - Rome, ex - Monaco
David Couthard - Monaco apartment, owns a hotel there too.
Mark Webber - Monaco
Jenson Button - Monaco
Anthony Davidson - Just outside of London.
Michael Schumacher - Switzerland

Most live in Monte Carlo or Switzerland, because of taxes, they make so much money, and depending on the country they are from some can get eaten alive by taxes.

Most of them are expatriates avoiding the tax of their own country which is why most live in Monaco and Monte Carlo.
They do this because as they are away from their own country for so long because of racing around the world, they may as well make themselves resident in a country where they pay very little tax.

Some live in Monaco. There are others that live in Switzerland. I know that Ralf lives in Austria.

They usually don't live in their own country to avoid attention (like Alonso). Ralf and Wurz live in Austria.
