Some of you know that I've been trying to quit smoking for the past month and a half (my body's in the process of detoxing now). But after McCabe's goal on his own net three-point-seven FRAKKING seconds left in OT, I feel the need to smoke. Is this a sign that I'm too into this great game? lol

How can you get started in something like drag racing or even something as small as go cart racing?

I play RB DL LB
i am a junior in highschool
and i lead my team in tackles

i am very strong
i can bench 230 and
squat 300

i broke my ankle so i got alot slower but.
some what a 5.0 flat for a 40.

but again im a junior
so i got some time

Bobby Orr was a magician with the puck, that was a given. Orr was the 1970s hockey answer to Mario Lemieux in terms of a playing career cut short due to injury. On one knee, Orr had more talent than most players of his era. The man was simply one of the five greatest players in league history.

The question is...what if Orr played twenty years instead of ten? How different would the Boston Bruins (would he have even been traded to the Chicago Blackhawks) and the NHL in general if Orr had two good knees to work with? Heck, try imagining Orr playing with Gretzky during a Canada Cup or All-Star game...that alone gets people irriatated at the fates!

I'm fifteen a black belt in brazilian jujitsu , a brown belt in karate there is going to be a riot i live in a small town in oklahoma no gangs if some one is getting attacked that has nothing to do with it should i step in and help how far should I go just get the person away or knock the attacker out or possible seriosly hurting him I know how to fight been fighting since i was 4 in competitions just gonna fight at school if I have to

On a side note before I begin...I am vowing to ignore our resident "Isles insider" for the duration (or until he finds a way to get banned, whichever comes first). Now, on to the question at hand.

Back in 1987, the Nordiques traded Dale Hunter to the Capitals for a draft pick. Of course, we all know that the draft pick in question was none other than Burnaby Joe Sakic, the very pulse of the Colorado Avalanche.

I ask this: if the fates were to have prevented this trade, what would the futures of the Capitals and Nordiques/Avalanche have been like? Could you imagine Peter Bondra getting fed passes from Sakic, especially during the team's rise as an Eastern/Wales conference power?
