Why are so many people blind to the large possibility that Clemens may have used steroids and HGH to enhance his performance?

Clemens didn't need steroids. How come everybody who does good these days is accused of steroids? People need to give it a rest; not EVERYBODY takes them. Morons.

CAN WE STOP WITH THE WITCH-HUNT ALREADY! When Clemens was in Houston, there was testing and he was still putting up a great ERA. His body hasn't changed drastically. He looks fat and has looked that way for a while. We can't go pointing fingers at every single guy that has some success saying it was because of performance enhancing drugs. What about all the guys who juiced and got lit up and couldn't stick in the big leagues? Every major leaguer who has tasted success has to answer questions. It is stupid. Turn the page and move on.
***By the way, you just posted some blog off the internet as your source. That isn't a website of any official investigation. Get over the whole issue.

Clemens is clean. He just happens to have been one of the greatest pitchers in baseball history. I agree with one of the others who answered. Just because he performs at a high level doesn't mean he's cheating.

If you surf the internet you can find dozens of stories like this relating to steroid use from baseball to football from high school to college.

The reporters that dig for this information use just about any source that will generate as much dirt as possible. It's all about innuendos, nothing more. I call it irresponsible journalism.

It's possible - however, it's possible that any and every major league player has used some sort of performance-enhancing drugs. There's never been anything beyond speculation linking him with steroid use. Unless and until something comes out, there's no reason to tar his name.

It makes me laugh when I see people on here claiming Clemens is "clean". How do they know? Do you know him personally?

There is just as much suspicion about Clemens taking PED as there is about Bonds. So unless you're his close relative, SHUT UP!!!

I think it would be funny if Schilling used HGH/steriods for the bloody sock era. LOL

It's a witch hunt. Everyone's going to be accused and guilty until proven innocent!

Let me put it this way...there are a large number of players who I might be shocked if they tested positive...Clemens is definitely NOT on that list.
