They don't want this good feeling story to be tarnished so they are making 1 million excuses for Rick Ankiel. Meanwhile when it wasn't proven that Bonds did it almost everyone bashed him even though he didn't fail a MLB steroid test. I'm not saying Bonds didn't do it but i do see the obvious doublestandard of him being found guilty by the media & many fans while looking the other way or making excuses all of a sudden for Rick Ankiel. Many of these same fans who bashed Bonds for months are now all of a sudden defending Rick Ankiel. Obvious hypocrisy & doublestandard? Looks that way to me.

Even your second string defense should hold them to less than 10 points. MTS only scored 14 on Florida atlantic last week. Nobody plays defense in the big east.

I have been reading about all these people who suposedly got suspended...I know, WWE has not confermed any of them as of yet.
But as for story lines? some have said they will make up a story line to get rid of some of these wrestlers.
one question is, what kind of story do you think they might use?
A. injury
B. illness
C. bad attitude
Can you think of any others?
also, if they use injuries, who can injure Orton? think Cena can? how about Undertaker?

We know that the Sonics will be moving to OKC or Kansas City, but what other cities will be the first to get a future NBA Franchise??
Las Vegas, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Tulsa, Fort Worth, San Diego, Mexico City and heck now we have to put Seattle up here too cause they will be without a NBA Franchise soon, but they can still have one later on in the future....so what city first??

First he sets every SEC passing record, but gets bashed for losing to Florida.
Then he loses the H-trophy to some overrated DB because of one game against OSU (who is the better player now?), under the BS theory that "defensive guys really need a shot to win the award to" -- where are all those votes for defensive players now? Not one visit to the ceremony since Woodson stole the award.
Then, it was "Ryan Leaf will be a better NFL QB." Oops.

Next it was "Brady is a better QB, just look at those rings!" Never mind that Manning has to score 30 points a game while Brady needs to put up 18. Peyton overcame that one last year anyway.

When will the respect come? How much does Peyton have to do before the detractors finally shut up? Has he finally done enough to win the respect he deserves, or will detractors concoct yet another reason shortchange him?

Wow, still going on about it eh? Think of it this way .... if he thought it was illegal, and that it was cheating, would he have openly said (unprovoked) that there was a squash ball in his glove or would he have hidden the fact?

La Russa getting a DUI in Spring Training, losing Chris Carpenter after the first game of the season, having 4 of the 5 starters from the World Series team leave the team, the death of reliever Josh Hancock, injuries to key players like Scott Rolen, Jim Edmonds, the disappointment of Kip Wells, Anthony Reyes and Adam Kennedy, Juan Encarnacion getting hit in the face with a foul ball on deck, and now Rick Ankiel accused of taking HGH in 2004.
YES, they are in a weaker division but they still have fought their way back in this race. I don't think there's anyone else besides La Russa who could have a team still playing inspired.

This coming Monday (10th) i have athletic try outs!!! I never tried professional running before, but now i have no choice, other wise my team will have to forfeit because we dont have enough people!
Do you guys have any tips on how to run faster in short distances? (not that short)
I find it easier to run barefoot, but is it not allowed or something? Or are the "orange rubber olympic running floors" too hurtful on your feet?
Is there a special diet i should go on to give me more energy?(i'm 5 foot 3 and 38 kg- thats borderline underweight)
Is there something about running on your toes that make you faster???
I have no room to practice at home, so any recomended exercises?

Selling of my father's guns. Really have a limited background on them.... here is what I do know

Remington Fieldmaster model 572 pump action 22 caliber
12 gauge Remington Wingmaster Model 870 pump action (have 2 of them)
30 "aught" 6 Remington Gamemaster 760 pump action

Don't have the exactly years but they would have to be ATLEAST 25 years old since they have been around for as long as I can remember.

Has far as quality..... some look better than others but as a whole I would give them a 7/10.
