It usually takes me 1 hour of walking or doing something else before I can run with out the side pain. Why??

i have a .177 caliber breakbarrel rifle by crosman. today i saw this woodchuck in my backyard that ive been trying to kill for a few weeks now. i had the chance to shoot him and i shot him (shot it in the back) my rifle is 1000 fps and im wondering if it could be deadly to the woodchuck cause he kind of twitched and limped in his hole. i didnt see blood anywhere near the hole....... this breakbarrel is just temporary and just used for target practice but i shot him with it cause i wanted to know if it can kill a woodchuck....

and i am worried it is a campsite without a toilet and i have a 4yr son and 3yr old daughter.my son will be fine for a pee.he can run over to a tree and pee but me and my daughter may need a pee so are there any tips for when we need a pee

My daughter is a cheerlader at her middle school and for the first football game of the season they want to put those black stripes under their eyes. I have no idea what that stuff is called or where to buy it! Anyone out there have any ideas?

Its not a competitive run, but I want to run and not walk. I don't want to be gasping for air. I work out regularly....I use the elliptical for about 30 mins and do a weight routine about 3x a week.
