When I have been camping with my girlfriend and she needs a pee she usally just goes behind a tree and squats. But make sure you pull your pants aside good because she has accidently peed on her pants. Your daughter is also really little so you could just take her pants off and hold her up and tell her to pee.

Whatever you do, pee down-hill. Make sure your clothes are out of the way otherwise you will get them wet. You can probably hold your daughter kind of like she's sitting on a toilet. Keep bio-degradeable toilet paper so you can just leave it there on the ground, or you can bury it. Try to find a secluded place and always in the same spot especially on a campsite. Or you can buy a portable potty for about $40-$50 dollars from a sporting goods store or maybe even Walmart. That's what I would do personally although I have performed the squating technique sucessfully. My dad would take us fishing and he would keep toilet paper in the tackle box for us to use. Bring extra clothing just in case. Have a great camping trip!

The least expensive way is take a bucket (or a tall soup pot...no joke) and line it with small trash can liners before each use. Then just throw the trash bag away. If you like, you can buy absorbent granules....I get mine at RV suppliers....to convert liquid to solids and minimize odor. Put the bucket in a corner of your tent where the solid fabric goes to the ground, and shroud any area where you might be visible with a sheet. If you don't mind spending a little money, there is a portable potty with chemicals called a Hassock that you can buy at RV stores. Most rest areas on the interstates have dump stations where you can empty the Hassock. Many campgrounds will also have a dump station. Have a great time with your kids!

Oh, Baby, do I have an answer for you! I know people who take along 3# coffee cans just as little potties for little people.
They're just the right size and the kids love using them. Before you leave on your camping trip, help each child write their name on a can and tell them it will be their pottie while camping. Pour out the pee pee, rinse it, and it's ready to be used again. If a "poopie" comes around, just use the can and dispose of it. REMINDER: Don't forget to take the toilet tissue.

My sister-in-law is a bank executive and she carries one when she travels. There are no children in her car.

Im always going camping and fishing for weeks at a time.

It's fairly simple, you can purchase a small cubicle tent for privacy and even a port-a-loo if you also think there will be nowhere to get rid of the waste.

Previously i have used a bucket, lined it with a bag and disposed of the contents straight after use.

You can buy an inflatable camp potty at places like Walmart or sporting goods stores. My friend who camps bought one and set up a separate small tent for the bathroom and put the potty thing in it. Worked great for the women and children who were modest and didn't like the thought of "going" in the woods.

you could either get a portable loo which can be a bit expensive, or you can get a travel potty. you put plastic bags in it and in the bottom are some sort of granule things that suck up all the pee. they are slightly scented too. the bags can then just be tied up and thrown in the bin. you should be able to get one from a good chemist, boots or superdrug

Buy a cheap toilet seat, and make a toilet yourself. Just an open box, with the seat nailed on top, over a bucket.

If you can find two trees close together, nail a branch between them low enough so she can sort of sit on it and hang over to make it easier. Otherwise just have her squat down low and pull her pants back so they don't get wet! Good Luck
