If I'm AT the race I like the night race

Night racing is great. That's why I like Local Saturday Night racing. They are the ones that suffer with all the Sat Night races of Nascar. There will be a smaller crowd at the track, because of RIR tomorrow. I'll have one ear on the race, and one at the local. Yes I enjoy Nascar at night, but remember too where the new up-in-coming drivers are coming from.

Depends on the weather. In the early season, day races are somewhat warmer than the night races. But come July and August, a night race has to be better then sitting in the hot sun. 2006 July at New Hampshire it was 95+ with humidity around 75%, no shave to talk about. It was the worst time I ever spent outside.

i'm a huge fan of night racing love the way the cars look the sparks flying etc.especially at the short tracks has to do with growing up in the south almost all of our local racing was on friday or saturday night so it became tradition for us to go to a night race the drivers like it better down here because of the heat and as a fan i have to admit it was always nicer at night than on a hot summer day take the southern 500 would have sold it out every year if it had run on saturday night instead of sun when it was 110

I prefer the night races, but the night races tend to even the playing field somewhat, due to the cooler track surfaces being easier to get a hold of. The daytime, HOT, races usually favor the drivers who have slick track, AKA dirt track racing, ability. My favorite races are the ones that challenge all of the drivers' and crews abilties the most and those races are the day/night tranisition races... When the sun is out, the race cars are fun, but when the lights come on and the track cools off- it is awesome!

Under the lights but only on a saturday race if you have a late sunday race it messes with me going to work monday. Saturday night is great for racing. Friday at the dirt track is even better!

Love night racing better more exciting!!! Seems there's more going on at night .Alto of the drivers like to drive under the lights. Wish there were more night races!

Depends on the track, but I do like night races. I wish they'd add a night race in Vegas to the schedule.
