I wanted to start taking Martial Arts. I don't know much about the different types but from what I do know Kempo has interested me the most. If your involved with Martial Arts which is your favorite and which would you recommend for me? Btw, I live in west suburbs of Chicago if that helps as far as knowing what types of places would be in my area.

...or has he been the benefactor of having John Elway, Terrell Davis, Champ Bailey and others. Has he made his defensive coordinators the scapegoats for his own offenses' ineptitude in the past? With some of his veteran players like Tom Nalen (C), and Rod Smith (WR), getting closer to retirement, will he be able to refill the spots when they're gone?

all right tommorow i have jv soccer tryouts where i'm supposed to run 2 miles in 12 minutes. i've steadily been trying to increase my times and have been working out and training literally all summer, i've even skipped out on plans with friends to train :[ so now that i've been training i'm still not sure if i can do it. i was thinking of just bolting the first mile hoping to get a time of 5 minutes, then taking it easier on the second mile. can somebodyy give me tips and now that it is the day before tryouts do i train 2day??? or relax to rest up my muscles? any help is appreciated a TON thanks

I am getting ready for college football next year.
I am a senior in high school and I have played football for 3 years. I wanted to take a year off for school and to train for my freshman year.
I want to be able to make a field goal from at LEAST the 35 yard line.
Any suggestions on training methods?

I'm not an olympic swimmer by any means,,but in a pool, I'm a pretty confident swimmer. I have also swam in the sea.

What is it like to swim in a lake, or river. I would really to swim in one, especiallly on holiday?

Do they have currents? To they go gradually deep, or all of a sudden.

My hated teams are the Lakers, Red Wings, Raiders and Yankees, but my reasoning isn't because it's popular to hate them but because they all play my favorite teams often and I have pretty strong memories attached to the rivalries between these teams and my faves.
That said my most hated team is the Red Wings, as there would never be any circumstance on the planet that would make me ever, even for a single game, want them to win.
How about you?

Here are my reasons
1. Derek jeter sucks in the field as much as I hate the yankees i'll admit jeter is an above avrige batter
2.I'm a jays fan... and jonny mac (John McDonald) is so amazing in the field... he does hit 9th and is usealy an easy out.
3. Here is a story, i'm playing my mvp baseball 2005 i have played many games with wells in centre and i decide to give him a day off and i put joey gathright in (gathwright is one of the fastest players in the biggs, he currently plays for KC) Justin Morneau hits a hard ball to the warning track i'm thinking i won't catch it but gathwright makes an easy catch. (i'd rather have gathright in center that wells)

Do You think i'm right, rong, or do you hate the gold glove award also?

The 7 best teams in the league are all in the AFC. tell me honestly if any of these 7 teams were in they NFC, would they not be an easy pick for the NFC SuperBowl representative?

Chargers
Steelers
Patriots
Colts
Jaguars
Ravens
Bengals

This obvious by the fact that the third best QB in the AFC (Drew Brees) could take the last place team and take them to the NFC chamionship game all by himself (with a little assistance form a rookie RB)

It's not right that one of those 7 teams will not make the playoffs but that are better then an entire conference!!!!!

Also look at how bad the NFC is...... they had to send Mike Vick to the pro bowl...HAHA what a joke he wouldnt even be a starter on an AFC team!!
