And he is now a WR, not only on special teams as many of you have stated. He will have a bigger role this year and make even bigger plays, he will do more for the Bears then Bush will do for the Saints. Thats why he is and will be better!

They on the same level but Because Bush helped a team 3-13 improve into 10-6 but Devin Hester is a great punt returner and they or both going into their second season but the Bears made the playoofs last year i will say Reggie Bush

Reggie Bush is way better than Devin Hester, Bush is a dual threat on the field, he can run and catch the ball out of the backfield, he also can return punt too. Bush will get you point in many different way in fantasy league. Take Bush.

You can't compare them as they play different positions.
IF you asked who's more exciting, I would say DEVIN HESTER and that's only because a PUNT or KICKOFF return is not something that happens in every game and it's exciting cause you always wonder if he'll break one on every return.
When Bush runs the ball you don't feel like he'll break it on every run. Or, on every reception. At least not yet.
But in the true sense of your question...who's better?
I would have to say REGGIE BUSH. Better all around player. Can run like lightning, can catch the ball and has a brighter future.

Reggie bush is better because he can run and punt return. David hester can only kick return. Regiie also has alot more years ahead of him and i think he is gonna be a super star.
