How come on ppv it says summerslam 2007 is till 2am plz explain to me.

Because the ppv is replayed at the top of the hour when the show is over. If it ends at 10:45p, then at 11:00 the show is replayed. So in other words, the ppv is shown twice.

Quite often ppvs, especially WWE ones are played more than once and back to back. They give the time that the last showing is ending.
