I was thinking, me and the guy who convinced me to try and become a wrestler have the same favourite band - Enter Shikari.
So I was thinking that for my special it could be some kinda high-flying move called "Take to the Skies." I also want to have to song Acid Nation as my entrance song. Name suggestions? Other gimmick suggestions?

A few weeks ago I saw on TV buddhists training and they came across apart that got my attention. It showed how they toughen up there fists by moving the tendons out of the way and increasing the bone marrow or something. I only saw a little part of it but i saw they were punching into sand. What is it they do to harden they knuckles an can anyone explain the whole process? And please don't tell me i should not try it cus it will only make me go ask other people lol. I don't know what the technical name for this is so i came here. Thanks for any help.

Any fan of baseball, (I am a Cardinals fan) if you have not heard Ron Santo on WGN you are missing something. When things are good you hear "ALL RIGHT" to when things are bad, "OH NO!!" If you have not heard him with Pat Hughes (and he is great in his own right) your missing it.

Also, people talk of cruelty against helpless animals. Brett Favre takes his shotguns and blows away unsuspecting animals in the forest for no other reason then pure entertainment. He has no intention of eating them. Call it hunting and I guess it's ok. Do you eat, beef, chicken or pork? These animals are routinely slaughtered...is that not animal cruelty? Who draws the line at dogs and not ducks or deer???

I cannot believe that so many people on Y/A think that it does/should take ten years to Shodan(Black belt). Chuck Norris received his 1st dan in 1 and a half years, Bill Superfoot Wallace received his first dan in a year and a half, Joe Lewis (not the boxer) received his shodan in one year in Okinawa. I studied in Taiwan and China, my friends have studied in Japan and Korea....it DOES NOT take ten years to get to black belt. Maybe it does in America, where the Mc Dojos want you to keep funneling money into their school, ten years what a joke, any Sensei from Japan would laugh. In Asia, they do train better and faster, if any teacher at a school tells you it will take you ten years to Shodan..leave that McDojo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got to Shodan in approx. 4years
