Oh he is a way better wrestler than an actor. But he gets paid more to be in movies so for that reason alone he wont come back to wrestle. (sadly)

The Rock was a 8 out of 10 in wrestling
The Rock is a 4 out of 10 on in acting (and I'm being generous)
All you have to do to find out is look how he stood out as a wrestler and became the face of the WWE for a awhile in the Attitude Era
As a actor the Rock does not stand out. The movies he has a Staring role in are rarely praised heavily with almost no other big names in them.
While the better movies Rock has been part of have all had much bigger names and as a result the Rock is reduced to a minor supporting role.

His wrestling skills faded away in 2000 and up. Couldn't hit his Rock bottom like he use to and to be honest I don't think he really liked the fans because if he did he'd come back every now and then but he doesn't he just keeps his shirts on WWE.com to make some extra cash, i don't like him.
H edoesn't even want "the rock" as the middle name or as a nickname on his movies anymore he lost all his love for wrestling i hope he doen't get inducted into the HOF

Opposite, he is a better actor than wrestler. He is not good at getting scripts that show off his acting ability, and busy making silly exploitive movies, but think his acting is better than he gets credit for.

Honey, all "wrestlers" are actors. The Rock just went from acting in a wrestling ring to acting in movies. He still has to follow a script and follow a director and choreographer, just like he did in "Wrestling."

Wrestler by far. For someone who was supposed to be the next Arnord Shwarzenneger, he failed miserably.
