Why do we have to go through another season watching Fred Thomas get his slow, lazy, azz burned? The dude is a horrible DB and McKenzie is not much better. Why did the Saints not improve their secondary?

Did they cut him? He started against Pittsburg the first pre-season game.

They signed Jason David from the Colts, but he's awful too.... and I think you drafted a corner on the first day too, but he is nowhere near ready to start. So you have to go through that because apparently your organization felt that you have "servicable" corners. After seeing all those "who dat gonna beat dem saints! WOO!" posts, I thought I was the only one who realized this... I'm glad someone else paid attention.

Well...when the Saints started getting good ...they did so on offense...and every bad team that starts rebuilding had to start somewhere...which makes them neglect something...and for the Saints...they chose to improve the offense before the defense. I expect them to work on defense before the 2008 season though. I know from experience being a Panther fan...we were 1-15...not much of anything...so Fox came and built defense defense defense....well at that point we started not having an offense...2003..Something happened at it all came together...but it took a little while and now I think they finally have a pretty balanced team. Give New Orleans some time, they have to rough out the bad years before they get a all around solid team...And the corners could use a little safety help too..because McKenzie was good when he was in Green Bay...

Whoa...didn't Freddie get cut?

They picked up a corner in the offseason as well...I hope he isn't starting.

I think the secondary will be slightly improved this year...but the front four/linebackers are going to have to make the Saints D strong...

Packer followers are the main dependable NFL followers in the League. No different NFL team has had each and every pastime offered out because of the fact the 1960's... We back our team by way of prevailing season or dropping season. no remember how undesirable or stable they are taking part in we are in the back of them. we'd additionally invite opposing followers into our talegate events in the previous the pastime, grant them a lager and a brat. we will not turn anybody away...

Yeah i wanted aaron ross to reach the saints. They needed to trade up to get a premier cornerback. They need to make it happen to be a superbowl team . there offense will be like the colts this year so they have a chance. I am with you though they need some corners.
