One week in my household and the heat is on as we support different teams should be healthy but the male arguments are so real.....leave em to it perhaps.

for the folks who do not understand football is a passion for some and when two or more different teams are supported within the one household there is friction - of a sporting kind - so dont waste your time being downright ignorant by acting dumb.

I'm with C.J. K on this one. One of the great joys of football season is for me to be able to bust the balls of all non Broncos fans. LOL
My wife is a 49ers fan....but she's coming around to the good side :-)
I think that sometimes people get carried away and take the arguments too far. This usually happens when fan A's team sucks and fan B's team is at least half decent.
Fan B acts like an *** and fan A feels like he has to justify why his team is the greatest in the world (which it obviously is not)....anyway - sometimes it gets a bit heated. Not much you can do.

I would leave 'em to it. My husband and his brother support the SAME teams and they argue about football. As long as it doesn't come to blows, I'd stay well out of it. That is, of course, unless you want to join the debate. Then, I'd say get in the middle and kick some tail...verbally, of course!

My family are all niner fans so i don't have that problem............Though we do like to tease my cousin whose a cowboys fan...and he teases us...its all in good fun and a friendly rivalry is good.......Sometimes people can take it too far but u just have to brush it off......THey are just trying to support their team....I always say you support your team and I'll support mine......Nobody said anybody had to like the same team...

This raises the old question.
Why football when the 'ball' is never kicked?
