I play soccer and I get tired very easily. Like 3 minutes into the game. It's also very hot in my area. Can I take anything to help me so I don't get tired very easily? Oh and I'm 12.

drink a lot of water. Make sure your breathing properly. Most people tense up during activity and forget to breathe. That will tire you. Concentrate on your breathing

Hey mate,
Generally speaking the best way to improve that stamina is through training! But if you are looking for something to help you out which is not too extreme or a band substance I would suggest caffeine. A cup of coffee or even caffeine tablets can be very helpful to your performance on game day helping you to go harder for longer. Caffeine is not a band substance but is restricted in some sports but you would have to have heaps to go over the level. You can get caffeine tablets from pharmacy's and even most supermarkets fairly cheaply. I have used them before and they definitely work but can make you a little hypo.

Hope I helped a little!! :)

Have you gotten a physical from the doctor? I don't know if I'd be taking stimulants to help this as this may be dangerous if you have a congenital heart condition or something like that. If you haven't been playing very long you may just be out of shape.

Try to jog 15-30 minutes non-stop frequently!
I guarantee you that this is gonna make you a running star!
Oh, and don't forget to drink your water!
