Immediatly, for me anyway, I think Nicklas Backstrom and Manny Fernandez. I think Marty Turco and Mike Smith are by far the best duo on the West next to Giguire and Bryzgalov. But on the east I think it lacks a little as far as pairs go. I honestly think Biron and Nittymaki are the best on the east. The east consists of alot of teams with number one goaltenders and then a backup goaltender, as compared to someone they know they could put in no problem.

But by far, I think the best goaltending duo in 06-07 was Nabokov and Toskala. But since Toskala got traded, I think it would be Turco and Smith of Dallas.

In my opinion: Portugal, Australia and Tunisia!

Portugal was knocked out by a penalty which wasn't supposed to be given (dive)

Australia was also knocked out by a penalty which wasn't supposed to be give (dive)

Tunisa should have been given a penalty (becuz an Ukranian player blocked the free-kick with his hand INTENTIONALLY) and that penalty would have seen them go through! Plus Ukraine was given a penalty which was not supposed to be given...

I am a horrible runner. I try super hard but it seems like I have no endurance or basic skill in running. I can run one good mile but after that I am drained i have conditioning in one month and have to be able to run 3-4 miles... HELP!

I admit he took steroids, but why are you guys discounting any injuries/concussions he suffered from his flying head butt? The damage that he was taking from that move had to be a lot more serious than the steroids that he used with the constant slamming of his brain against his skull.

However, from everything that has been said about Dr. Astin, it seems like he was treating Benoit properly for his condition and he wasn't going to jeopardize his license for what would be considered a paltry sum to juice up a single wrestler.

I think that this really shows that the Mets are back and playing the way they should. Billy Wagner deserves a lot of credit, he came through for the team both games and saved them in the bottom of the ninth.

I got on the scale after thinking I was back down at my target weight - and I was *wrong*! i have about 15 pounds to lose, and the only exercise i can see myself making time to do is running (I have a free track by my house). I am on top of my eating habits...it's the exercise I have some trouble with.

How many miles should I start with? What will be the best way to pace myself - I want to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks, but I don't want to overdo it.
