I've never been in a boxing match before. Do women ever fight topless or is that just some guys fantasy?

Is topless boxing just some mens fantasy or do some women actually fight bare-breasted? I looked online and I see that some women do fight topless but it's not usually competitive. I've been training in boxing for some months but I've never been in a boxing match and neither has the other woman, though she did try and take back my boyfriend. We're going to be fighting next week: five rounds, gloves, guards, referee, seconds, and all that. Just want to know if it's safe to fight topless cause I think it will spice things up and my boyfriend would like it.
