Physical or mental do martial arts matter or is it down to just animal determination, I myself am a former jiu-jitsu coach, bouncer but my own father was a boxer and very successful street fighter and unbeaten so is the mental edge the main advantage inspite of training.

Your thoughts please !!!!!!

I am a life long Dodgers fan,but my #1 player has always been Barry Bonds.He was my favorite player before any of the steroid issues were made public.Why must people continue to ridicule him? He's 42 years old and is putting up numbers that most major league players would only dream of having on there stat sheet. Barry will break the record, and down the road A-Rod will shatter it..Lets not forget Barry's stolen bases, hits, rbi's, mvp's, gold gloves, on base %, and walks.Since the scandals of steroids have comeout Barry has only gotten better..Explain that.......GO DODGERS...AND GO BARRY

I can walk 5 miles a day easily.. my legs may start to cramp toward the end of my walk. I wan to to start jogging/running. I have never really been a jogger/runner.
The past couple of days I started off jogging 1/2 a mile. I would be gasping for air/feeling sick/hot by the time I completed half mile. I would rest & then get my second wind feeling like I could continue to run but always go for the walk.
What can I do to build my endurance for jogging/running? What can I do to stop the shortness of breath/etc? Will I be able to jog without feeling that way?
I really would love to jog 1-2 miles a day instead of walking....
Please help me. If you have a training program or know of one let me know.

was it because he played for the Yankees???

Say what you want about him joining the "Kiss My ***" club, his forgettable stint as "the Working Man" or his run as Commissioner....but the man is a great wrestler.

He doesn't show it in titles and flashy entrances, but the guy has been a solid in ring performer for a long, long time. What do you think?

They still have old news, like European league tables that has been over for over a month. They did not have any special coverage on the Gold Cup, and now they do not have any special coverage on Copa America, like tables, standings and schedules.

It's been raining lately, so I invited my friend to go fishing at 7 o'clock in the morning today, which is earlier than usual for me.

This morning we finally got started, and for the longest time we had no luck catching anything but moss. But then this guy comes along and first cast... He reels in a monster bass. I ask him what he's using, and he told me a spin bait. So I obviously pulled that out of my tackle and started going at it...

A few hours go bye, and I've caught a few 9-12 inch bass. Nothing too big. And just before I decide to leave, I thought I would throw on a buzz bait around this stump, and first cast I got a bite, but nothing... Second cast, nothing... Third cast, I nearly landed what appeared to be at least a 12 pound bass. Biggest thing I've ever seen at our lake. And wouldn't ya know it... I got it right up to the shore, and pulled it out of the water (without a net), and before I could grab on to it's mouth, it squrimed itself off my hook, into the water...

I need to know some good stretching routines for cheer workouts. I also would like to know of some good workouts for toe touches. I just cant get my legs as high as i'd like. so if you have a stretch routine please help me!

Strange thing happened to my rod. I was using it off the family sunfish sailboat, and an approx ten-pound fish was hooked. I started reeling in, but I didn't feel any weight. I reeled in some more, and finally realized that I wasn't reeling. After cursing for a few second, I tossed the rod to the side, and started taking in the line with my hands. I finally caught and released the fish, but I was confused on the rod. Once I got back to shore, I did a bit of testing. The rod can reel in so long as the weight is less then seven pounds. It's a ten-year-old rod, and I'm wondering if there's any hope for it. I suppose something broke, but does anyone know if I can fix it myself? I realize it's difficult to explain without the rod in front of you, but if someone can give me some suggestions, that would be awesome. Should I replace, take it to a fix-it shop, or can the fix be done myself? If you need pictures, I will take and send them. Thanks to all in advance!

Everyone pretty much agrees Bonds was juiced when he hit a lot if not most of those HRs. Although I don't think it has ever been proven has it? He's still hitting them now and they wouldn't allow him to play if he was on steroids. Do you think baseball will officially recognize him as the all-time HR hitter? What if they can't prove he was juiced when he hit them? Wouldn't they have to then?
