On top of Kobe being the most overrated playing the NBA, he is a little punk. I think Phil should kick his whining *** up and down the locker room, then make him sit out ALL of next year. That is the ONLY way to deal with whiny premadonna players in all sports!

My shoulders are always sore after practice, i have been competitively swimming for seven year and i have tried all the stretches there are yet my shoulders are still sore. i have 3 practices a day: 2 from swimming and one from water polo, each of them are 2 hours long and my shoulders have been really really sore lately and its affecting my performance in the pool

I'm an off/on runner (more off than on) who would like to get off the treadmill and out on the streets but a little afraid to run by myself since I'm normally on the treadmill around 5am. I've noticed this runner in the neighborhood that I'm tempted to ask if I can join him. Is it rude to ask him during his run since I don't know where he lives? Or should I just not bother?

My personal answer yes and no.
Yes if you do the tapes with a real Kung Fu or Karate Sensei. I have been training since 1984 in various styles. My present rank is black sash 4th degree in Praying Mantis. I can learn other styles via video yet cannot certify someone outside of my style.
The NO part no one should try to learn Karate via video without Dojo/Dojang experience, bring the tapes to a real instructor. I hope this helps anyone

I'm no Bruins fan, but in my opinion, Marc Savard is underappreciated in NHL circles. I never really heard much from him in the media this year, yet he had close to 100 points (with most of them coming from assists). I'm a Penguins fan - I watched the games between the Pens and Bruins this past year and he created spectacular plays for his teammates. Is the fact that he was on a lackluster Bruins team one of the reasons he was under the radar this year? What do you think?
